An amazing friend who you are lucky to have. Has a dirty mouth and makes fun of her friend with no intention to hurt them. Underestimates and denies her intelligence and abilities and says she is dumb but she is not. If you have a Kathryn as a friend or girlfriend you are extremely lucky and NEVER give her up. She can make you laugh without even trying and she will brighten your day in the blink of an eye she is the greatest friend anyone could have.
