The raw definition in hebrew means Rabies, a fatal disease associated usually with canines, but can inflict other animals and even mankind. The less formal use is to describe anything that isn't good. And that includes anything.

Kalevel: Being on or above a level of highness which brings into connection with yourself. A medical marijuana term meaning you are on a level of oneness with yourself, earth, and the higher beings through the use of marijuana weather its medical or recreational.
