Joe Kingsman is small, annoying and sarcastic. He tells a lot of jokes and will make you laugh, even if you don’t want to laugh at him because you hate him with a passion. One of your friends is confused as to wether otter not they like Joe Kingsman in that way. But you know he probably likes her a lot and will some up with any excuse to talk to her or be near her.
