The word that results from trying to talk over someone by saying "blah blah blah" with such frustration that the first part of the statement becomes jibberish (hence the "jiga").
Mom:"Now remember, Billy: do your homework and make sure you clean your roo-"
Billy: "Blah Blah Blah!"

Billy: "JIGABLAH!!!!"

Billy: "Blah Blah Blah!"
