Jhaap is the slang from Kathmandu and used by the young people..."lingo de Kathmandu"

it basically means drunk, high.. or to steal...

Im too jhaap to attend that lecture dude.....I'll chill for a while.

I got so jhaap the other day at the party...somebody jhaaped my mobile phone.
