Jazzylean

Jazzylean (n.) A teenage boy, typically between the ages 13 and 16, with a slim physique, locks of golden blond hair, and an apparent summer tan. Unbeknownst to the casual observer, the subject is discretely up to no good at all times and should be closely surveyed for suspicious activity to determine whether or not the subject is a jazzylean.
