Jackknocker

A person who knocks jacks or "knocks them up".

It can also be a gruop of people who are extremely obnoxious, so obnoxious these people talk a language of their own, similar to some other languages but it sounds like complete giberish.

Wow, dude that guy is talking jackknocker again, fuck i hate that jackknocker.
