When an individual drinks a Mickeys 40 or 32 oz (they aren't going to make the 40's anymore :-( ....) down to the bend in the glass and then proceeds to fill it up with orange juice. In the tradition of what many call a brass monkey (or a dirty brass monkey in my opinion) as mentioned in that wonderful Beastie Boys song.
Mmmm its 95 degress outside today, I could really go for a delicious Irish monkey. I haven't had any vitamin C today.
