Inipinibub 

1. The word to use, when you can't think of that one specific word. The one that's on the tip of your tongue. But you just can't quite recall what it is.

2. It can also be used as literally any other word. Including the most vulgar of profanity.

1. 'The inipinibub was on the tip of my tongue. But I just couldn't remember it.'

2. 'How's your day?' 'Inipinibub.'
