Incomsense
A blend of the words incompetent and nonsense.
When someone has no idea what they are talking about but they still (with very high conviction) talk about it as if they do.
Most modern organisations suffer from the majority of their employees continually spouting incomsense.
People afflicted with this trait are very likely to also suffer from the Dunning-Kruger effect.
Upon fucking up, managers will often use incomsense to cover their own arse.
