The word 'IFMDb' is stand for 'Internet Forum Message Database', this word is derived and inspired by the famous on-line movie database website called 'IMDb' or 'Internet Movie Database'.

IFMDB is a database driven search index that lists similar messages and posts from different on-line web forums with same subject or topic to minimize search time and increase readability of content.
