Definition - I Can't Spell Worth a Shit.

Background - While on Rimfire Central's forum, someone asked what the various acronyms meant that posters were using. After posting some of the ones I commonly used, I noticed I had made a spelling error. My first thought was "I can't spell worth a shit," and so I included that ICSWAS acronym as an attempt at humor when I edited my post. To the best of my knowledge, no one has ever used the acronym before me, but of course I could be wrong as I don't constantly patrol the net looking for new words :)

A forecasting verb to express a time frame of a cited event that happened in the past, present, and is now an example for the future.

For the reason(s) that made the event happen in the first place still remains and may more likely happen again.

There currently are no solutions in place for itswas happening every single day.
