When someone tries to spell the word "High", but the person is too high and spells the word Hijh. That person is H-I-J-H. Normally if sober, this person could easily spell out the word as, HIGH. Someone who has never been Hijh will not understand what you mean if you say, "I'm so H-I-J-H"
