pertaining to when one is high/in a state of intoxication from recreational drugs, especially weed or ecstasy, and says many statements that are hilariously over exaggerated.

"Dude, I'm sooooooooo fucking warm and this car is sooooooo spacy, i feel like a scuba diver"

"man, that's just straight up highperbole, get yourself together, youre going home".
