Highlighter Party

Everyone dresses in white clothes (or underwear) and carries a highlighter. Everyone writes on each other and by the end of the party you are glowing.

-Were you at the highlighter party last night?

-Yea took forever to get all that off of me.

Highlighter Party

An event in which a large group of people bring highlighters of all of the colours of the rainbow to "decorate" public areas, such as grocery shops, libraries, and Blow Joe Down the Road's couch.
