What is the root cause of the shit of death. When the person leaves a bathroom with a lingering stench of death. It makes you wonder if their insides are slowly dying or rotting away.

The lady from the 2nd floor with guttrot must have just dropped the shit of death in the bathroom downstairs. Avoid the restroom for about 20 minutes unless you are prepared to hurl because it smells like death.

The smell that seems like it is physically impossible to leave the body of such a small human, not to mention them walk out alive without their insides left behind.
