A guy or female who has a face with a overload of tattoos and piercings. For example - a face with top and bottom lip piercings plus a eyebrow piercing and a nose piercing with a cheek piercing and a tattoo on their face....

Sally:Hey did you see that new tattoo brian has on his face ?
