A condition that causes the person afflicted to frequently misread/mishear/misspeak words in their anagrams. For example: If one person were to say "I want to drink Tea" a person with Gramalexia would hear it as "I want to drink Eat" (since Tea and Eat are anagrams of one another)
Person A: John just asked if i want to go out with his meats! What does that even mean?
Person B: Oh don't mind him he has Gramalexia! He probably meant "Do you want to go out with my mates"
