A little-known term that originated around 1998, which was created to be a subtle reference to "gnome pornography". Similar to dwarf pornography, gnome porn refers to sex acts performed by people of exceptionally small stature. Its literal translation, and the reason the word was adopted into slang is unknown, but currently the term is used in a degrading fashion, implying that anyone who watches gnomaam is a sick and twisted human being indeed.
