ghost flip off

Giving someone the ghost flip off means raising all your fingers up while holding your middle down with your thumb. Do it between your friends because your not insulting anyone with this gesture.

"What the hell was that?"
"Ghost Flip Off"
"oh..."
"yep...that just happened"
