A person who smokes a lot of weed, never did or used to.

Can be used as a greeting in some contexts.

"Our friend Timmy doesn't smoke tree but he is a honorary Ganjanite because we are always chilling around him and smoking."

Ganjaneering 

n.
1) the art of using ingenuity and available materials/tools to create a device for smoking marijuana; the ability to Macgyver a pipe or bong
2) creating an especially complex or grand device for smoking, often cleverly using science to enhance or change the smoking experience in some way (ex: making the first vaporizer)

In college, I majored in ganjaneering.

An illness you get after smoking too much ganja. Symptoms include, but are not limited to; green tinted face, vomiting, nausea, and sleepiness.
