It is like the word Hilarious , but meant to describe a female in a positive way Girls/ Women who are intelligent and funny and have a great sense of humour.

We went to the theatre to see Sabrina Richmond in her Comedy Show and she was galarious! My friends and I went to see this film and it was so Galarious!
