The intense and overwhelming condition of wanting and needing to be one of the first people with each and every new gadget, shoe, hat or device that comes out on the market.

Larry will be one of the guys on-line on June 19 to get his hands on the new iPhone 3Gs. Even though Larry will have to donate blood for 3 weeks in a row to pay for it, his extreme case of Firstitis controls his internal desire.

Fartitis 

The condition of having to pass gas (fart) multiple times per hour. Likely to happen after eating chili beans, broccoli, or other foods that cause gas.

I had a bad case of fartitis all day Sunday because of that chili I had at the party the night before—not to mention all the alcohol and junk food.

A terrible disease in which a person just completely forgets about their significant for someone else.

Symptoms of this include:

-leaving your significant other for your ex who doesn't even like you.
- cheating on your significant other for someone who isn't even as good as your previous partner

When smoking with a large group of people, the person who says firsties before anyone else gets the first hit of the pipe. The faster you say firsties, the faster you get high. This practice is generally accepted among groups of smokers worldwide but changes depending on location and particular situations, Ex: If its your weed you automatically get the first hit, If you bought gas you automatically get the first hit, If you are driving or are supplying the house to smoke at you automatically get the first hit.
