Pronounced "Foam" often spelled as fome or foam, Fhome stands for Fat Chick Dome, or head from a fat girl. Often used when explaining why a guy is with a fatter girl.

Barry : "yo why is chad with Kelly, Shes HellaFat"

fromey 

Fromey. A mixture of the words 'Friend' and 'Homey'. Using more of the 'Homey' word than 'Friend'.

This has no seperate meaning from Homey.

But some people use it for entertainment purposes, and it is incredibly annoying.

Chillax is often used with the word Fromey.

Hey, Chillax Fromey.
