A dopamine rich multi-orgasm idled coma-like state of ecstatic, uncontrolled, and border line psych ward qualifying behavior and nervous energy, that causes the inflicted victim to shout loud, obscene and often vulgar short phrases of utter nonsense or babble. Similar to tourettes syndrome heightened by a drug overdose and severe sex addiction idled by a truly weird or abusive up bringing.
