Esophageal Licking Syndrome

The distinct feeling of having to clear your throat because you constantly hear someone clearing theirs, even though you have no actual issue. Almost feels like someone is actively licking the back of your throat.

Becky keeps clearing her throat so much it's giving me ELS (esophageal licking syndrome).
