engspanol

A tongue-in-cheek mingling of english words with features of the spanish language. Intended to humorously mock english-speakers trying to sound hispanic. Typically consists of adding "el" in front of english words and "a", "e" or "o" at the end.

Engspañol

The innovative language mash up commonly spoken loudly and slowly by intoxicated "Gringos" in Mexico. To their credit, they honestly believe they are speaking Spanish well and show varying degrees of pride completely dependent upon how much Tequilla/Cerveza or other alcoholic beverages they have recently consumed.
The proud and intoxicated expat spoke Engspañol to the wait staff at the bar/restaurant tonight. While they were appreciative of the efforts put forth, the were not very impressed.
