Egoogling

Have you ever searched for your own name on Google, curious what the world has to say about you? Almost every one of us has tried it one time or the other. "Egoogling" is the act of searching for yourself on Google.

Enter your first name followed by the word "is" and put the search in quotes.
Egoogling Arnold Schwarzenegger:-
For example: "Arnold Schwarzenegger is" you'll get results such as "Arnold Schwarzenegger is a very talented man who would make an excellent governor" or "Arnold Schwarzenegger is a man more familiar with the red carpet of a movie premiere than a white collar business seminar". And so on...

Limited Googling

A phrase used in forums and Q & A websites to describe how one performed a quick search on Google (usually only looking at the first page) before coming to the online community about a question.

I was looking for that website with all of the guys with mustaches, but after some limited Googling I couldn't find anything.

The act of using the Google search engine to look yourself up. Extreme cases of self-googling have resulted in googlitis.

I was dying to know how many different ways people could find me on the Internet, so I did a little self-googling in order to count. Sadly, I'm not nearly as popular as the other person out there with my exact name.

This literaly refers to the act of going to GOOGLE.com and searching g-o-o-g-l-e.

However, this is actually a very dangerous act. Googling google is like playing Russian Roulete, crossing the streams (Ghostbusters), or a hole in the space-tme continuoum (Back To The Future). What ever you do, do not google 'google' if you wish to stay safe.

It is BAD

Please, let me drive you home... you have had too much to drink... you don't want to be googling google on a night like this.
