Efca'd

Getting effed out of a free choice. Derived from the short form of the "Employee Free Choice Act." Which, in a bit of New Speak, actually removes choice from workers.
I got efca'd out of my tuition reimbursement by the government arbitrator who sided with the union I got efca'd in to. Those morons exchanged our education benefit for a one-hour union meeting on company property every week - now I can’t pay for school.
