very out of the ordinary, usually gay.

kid1: my spanish teasher is very excentric.
kid2: yeah he bends over too much and now he wants me to stay after class. =X

Excentric

When you use to be eccentric but you toned down and now you're just awkward.

Oh grrrl.. there's that EXcentric queen again. Their parties were SO extra, now they are just ugh.
