The language of the people who can speak in dubstep and who have thumping soundsystems in there cars. This language can only be spoken by people who have a love of bass and dubstep and understand the power of dubstep.

dubstepilepsy 

The moment when an individual listening to a sick bass drop is unable to control themselves. It is marked by flailing arms and gyrating midsections and/or jumping up and down to the beat of the music. An individual suffering from dubstepilepsy is referred to as a dubstepileptic.
Examples of use:

Scott: Chris what is Tommy doing? Why is he waving arms up and down and bobbing his head?

Chris: Tommy suffers from dubstepilepsy, he just can't help himself when the bass drops.
