A Dirty Steakley is a situation where a man is somewhat intoxicated and is drunkenly taken advantage of by another male coworker who is even more intoxicated. This may result in the receiver acquiring some form of STD.

I feel bad for him, he got a dirty steakley last night from the guy he works with.
