A term to describe an individual who is an asshole in the most extreme sense of the word. Sometimes but not always french. Detullio's think they have friends but really their friends want them to leave.

All around perfect girl the love of my life she is the best thing to ever walk the earth:) I wouldn't know what to do without her I don't even want to think about it.. Very italian household, very close with family members a lot like the jersey shore sunday dinners is how the everyday lifestyle goes. Usually will have a son in the family that's the screw up but is still lovable.
