Cuntmanagement
The act of managing a customer or colleagues expectations by being a total cunt; usually used for informing customers that they are in fact not ‘king’ by being stern with them and treating them like spoiled little children.
An example of Cuntmanagement would be when a customer walks to the front of a queue in a bank and asks to withdraw ten pounds. The teller informs the customer that there is a queue system & that he must wait his turn. When the customer explains that he only needs ten pounds the teller dismisses his request out of hand & orders him to the back of the queue
