Cornthwaite...where the word 'thwaite' means 'the clearing of'. Thus, clearing of the corn. "CORNTHWAITE" Not to be confuzed with a cereal brand, named 'Cornflakes'.

Corinthian 1... "post biblical times, the english language dropped vowels in their wording...Thus, us Corinthians from Corinthia became Cornthwaite's"...We were merely cleared out.

Corinthian 2... "Thwaite! No wonder we are short of corn"!
