Cronin Stop
A Cronin Stop is when you come near law enforcement and you vomit your life story to them even though they have no probable cause or reasonable suspicion, then go down to the smoke shop and buy drug paraphanelia and return to the police and turn yourself in.
Officer 1 - Hey can I speak with you real quick?
Vince - Yes Ill tell you everything, I do dmx, smoke weed, abuse alcohol, make illegal software for computer hackers, take pills that aren't prescribed to me, use my neighbors wifi, rat people on the internet and have sex with my mother.
Officer 2 to Officer 1 - Well I thought this was going to be a Terry Stop but turned into a Cronin Stop
