A combination of creepy and repellent, whereby someone is so creepy that they repel you away from them.

Did you see that weirdo looking at us at the park? He was so creepellent, like a serial killer! Made me want to take a rape shower just from him looking at me.

a complement that has some creepy implications

C: I was eating lunch with my mom, and our waitress asked if we wanted it on one check or two. I was seventeen at the time, so she either thought I was old or my mom was young. In any case, it made things kind of akward.
