When you enhance the value of something (or some skill set) by transporting it into a different context—you allow your pregnant mind to give birth to new thoughts and ideas.
The artist, Marcel Duchamp, did some contextual importing, by uplifting the urinal from an object to pee in to one of modern art, a place where filthy-rich folks are itching to spend their spare cash on some fresh and scandalous ideas.
