When someone tells a story that is utterly pointless. This is especially true when you think that there will be some major point or conclusion but are left just hanging.
Person 1: Hey so last night I went to a minor league hockey game...
Person 2: Oh yea and what happened?
Person 1: Oh thats it.
Person 2: Dude thats so clay and dave!
Person 2: Oh yea and what happened?
