Cholesterol Dick 

Used to define when a female gains weight sometime after intercourse with a male. Many factors can go into the increased wieght, such as depression, lack of exercise, or poor dieting. Implication is that the male has fatty semen.

"Hey have you seen Debra after her break up with Todd four months back?"

"Yeah, she let her ass go. Todd's got some serious cholesterol dick."
