The act of adding on Ohh, Ahhs, II's, Oh's, Eehs, ughs and Ohs in an ongoing sequence, adding words as you go. When reading the conversation aloud, it may sound similar to an orgasm. It us usually unintended, but fun to point out.

Molly: Oh
Jason: Oh
Molly: Ah Oh?
Jason:Ah Oh Eh?
Molly: Ah Oh Eh II?
Jason: Ah Oh Eh II OOh!
Molly: Damn it, I have to be quiet.
Jason: I think we just had a Chatergasm
