The inexplicable affliction that prevents one from maintaining the speed limit or driving within the lines while talking to someone on the cell phone. Curiously, holding a conversation with someone sitting in the seat next to you has no affect on coordination or control.

Get off the road bitch. You shouldn't be driving if you have a cellular disorder.
