celebutard 

A mash-up of the words "celebrity" and "retarded," the word celebutard refers to any of a crop of famous people (mostly young, mostly filthy rich) who are unable to form complete sentences in a public setting. In fact, they probably couldn't even grasp the concept that "celebutard" is made up of two separate words.
Did you see Paris/Jessica/Britney/Lindsey's interview in OK! Magazine? I was amazed at her erudition. Sike! She was a total celebutard.

celebutante

A person of high society and wealth whose famous just for the fact of being rich and fabulous. A socialite who is "famous for being famous."
Paris Hilton, Ally Hilfiger, and Fabian Basabe are all noted celebutantes.

Celebuwant 

celebuwant: noun. ce-leb-u-want. One who seeks the slightest bit of fame via the internet or reality television. Synonym: fame-whore. Most celebuwants envision they will become full fledged celebrities some day.
"That skank on the Bachelor was there 'for the wrong reasons' She is a total celebuwant."

Elizabeth Hasselback is an example of a celebuwant who actually made it happen.

A famous stupid person. Typically refers to the current crop of vapid celebrities.

Lonely momentous occasion warranting an orgasm, but lacking a secondary participant.

a famous British person, a British celebrity (from "celebrity" + "briton")
Frank: I saw Hugh Grant yesterday in Central Park.
