Calibrag

Intentionally, or unintentionally (or even passive aggressively) talking about California in such a way that either clearly states or otherwise implies that life in California is somehow better to living somewhere else. Typically, Calibragging will be in the context of weather and sunshine, for example.
1: Living out here I can't imagine a pool closing for the year at a certain point.
2: Yeah that must be nice...I was thinking the other day how funny it is to be out here all hot and sunny, enjoying a swim, and in 6 months the pool will close, icy, cold, prob has snow on it...
1: I didn't mean to Calibrag!

Calibrations

Either an activity that must be done constantly, or something you bring up when you want to subtly tell someone to go fuck themselves.
Shepard: "Hey Garrus, got a minute?"
Garrus: "Can it wait for a bit? I'm in the middle of some calibrations."

calibration

1. The proccess of data acquisition (obtained by comparison against standards) able to anticipate the behavior of someting.
2. The data so obtained.
3. The final report or documentation showing such data.
4. The stage in which someting is regarding the level of its calibration knoledge.
Adjustment is not calibration. When we adjust something we change its behavior (usually to move it closer to standards aiming a better performance); when we calibrate we just understand its behavior so that we can compensate or even adjust it.

"Theo noticed the screen on his iPad was slightly scrambled so he quickly implemented the impact calibration principle to the edge of the device. One good smack and the screen was clear as the blue sky on a summer's day.

calibra

A semi-popular car designed by Opel and sold under various brands by GM, including Vauxhall and Holden from 1990-1998. It was somehow overlooked by many markets in favour of close rivals the Toyota Celica and Nissan 180SX, despite its value for money and impressive looks.
Mechanicals were based on an earlier GM model which was apparently known for its tendency to not work very well all the time.
The 2 door coupe was sold with a range of configurations including an 8v and 16v inline 4, 24v V6, and WRX-eating Turbo 4 with AWD.
The calibra is gaining popularity as a second hand car because of the impressive specs of some configurations.
