CRT tan 

A pallid, white complexion gained from too many hours spent in front of a computer screen and little exposure to natural sunlight, similar to a programmer's tan.

CRT Tan 

The temporary pink hue and hot sensation on the skin of the face after spending too much time in front of an old school tube TV or computer monitor, caused by electrons escaping from the cathode ray tube impacting the face.

This is no longer a problem with modern LCD screens.

Back in 1999 I spent hours in-front of my computer playing Counter-Strike. I remember having a pretty decent CRT tan to show for it!
