real time chump

A derogatory name for a person watching an episodic series during the actual time during which each episode is released to the public.
Matthew and Angelica are real time chumps; I much prefer watching a show after it's conclusion to being left hanging and glued to the TV every week like they are.

I was the biggest real time chump when the series Lost was being aired for the first time on ABC in the '00s.

Once in a while, for whatever reason, a rectreational drug dealer, even the most reliable and friendly ones, will make the deal fall through on purpose. This is to let the customer know who is the boss, and is usually passive-aggressive. It really can be disappointing and frustrating.
Boy, I really got chumped today by my rock and roll doctor. He said he had some lebanese blond in hand, and he said it fell through after I drove for two hours to get it. Oh well, at least I have this swagg.

21 Chump Street

A 15-minute musical written by Lin-Manuel Miranda in 2014, based on a true story - similar to 21 Jump Street.
The musical is about Justin Laboy; who was an honor roll student in is last semester at Park Vista Community High School. He had fallen in love with a transfer student of the name Naomi Rodriguez - who was secretly a 25-year old undercover female officer from the Palm Beach Police Force. She was sent to PVCHS on the plan Operation D- to find out if anyone was buying and/or selling drugs on school property.
Justin had spent days trying to figure out how to win over Naomi - completely unaware of Operation D-, and when Naomi had asked if Justin smoked weed, Justin had instantly thought that she was looking for some drugs. He thought that if he got some for Naomi, he would win over her heart.
However, after Justin had given Naomi a baggie of marijuana, Naomi fled the school and the cops arrested Justin - along with several others from different schools. (Operation D- didn't only target PVCHS) Justin was put in jail for 1 week, and had three year's probation. No one has heard from "Naomi" after the incident, and 21 Chump Street is a well known musical amongst fans of Lin-Manuel Miranda.

British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”

Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
According to the boffins downstairs, the murderer used a serrated blade.

Pee Calculus

When you have to pee in a movie but don’t want to miss anything, and must do the following mental equation: will the amount I have to pee cause enough discomfort to diminish my attention capacity for the remainder of the movie to an extent which is greater than the amount of the movie I would miss by making a mad dash to the restroom.
I saw Satantango last night, wonderful film but by the 5th hour I had to start doing pee calculus.
