A certain person, that is not just a creep, but a hardcore creep. You often meet him at small school, where he tries to flirt with younger girls. Everyone is scared of him.

L.O.C. (Line of Creep)
The imaginary line between the creeper and the creepee. Often said when it is blocked by a wall, a car, or more so often a friend.
