The 'bull' in 'bullbutch' refers to the masculine and hyper-agressive nature of the bullbutch. 'Butch'is a classic term used to describe masculine, unattractive and most likely homosexual females.
Person 1: I really hate Lashawnda, she's always running her mouth and trying to bully someone. She thinks just because she's a tub of lard, has chains and a harley and smokes cigars that she can intimidate everyone.
