A phrase used when one is hanging around or being lazy. Related to chillin' or beefin' around.

Origin: Originates from the word bro to display a relaxed behavior.

Mike: Hey Emily, what are you doing later tonight?
Emily: I don't know. Probably just broeing out around my place.
Mike: Cool. Sounds chill.
