Contraction of the proper nouns Brazil and Argentina. Quick, shorthand way to reference both countries at once. These two countries are often mentioned in the same sentence because they are the largest South American countries by size and economies of scale.

If you aren't in Bragentina you don't have a presence in Latin America.

A play on of words as to mean and/or deem a goal to be about as bar down (south) as it gets. To go Bargentina is the ultimate worldly sensation that hockey player can experience.
